So this is a space for personal musings on my journey through the menopause. I began showing signs of perimenopause last year just before I turned 40 and this space is for me to take the time to write about anything on my mind, once a month, and to share information and knowledge about this stage.
The fact is, so many of us haven't grown up with open discussion about periods, about how our bodies change and continue to change after puberty and especially about the early stages of the menopause. So if you come across this blog, I hope it has some use-even if it's only to make conversations like this easier!
